Frank O'Connor

Frank O'Connor, CPCU, started the Dubuque agency in 1972 and has served as its lead principal since inception. Frank works primarily with commercial and business clients, providing risk management services in Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota and Arizona. He is also licensed in excess and surplus lines and provides business customers with group life, health and disability products. Frank holds the insurance designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). He specializes in municipal and governmental entities, non-profit entities, social service agencies and professional liability.

Sue Miller

Sue Miller has been with the agency since May 1986. She has over 25 years of experience in the insurance field. Prior to joining the agency, Sue worked at a Farmers Insurance Agency in Orange County, CA. She is licensed to sell personal and business insurance in Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota. Sue specializes in business insurance and serves as COO & CFO of State Central Financial Services., Inc. and she also serves as Corporate Vice President. Tammy Klein

Tammy Klein, CISR, CPIW joined the agency in 1997 as a personal lines agent, and has over 20 years of experience. Corporately, she manages the personal lines department. Tammy is licensed to sell in Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota, and she specializes in auto, home, personal umbrella, boat and recreational vehicles. She also works with individuals and businesses in life, health, long-term care and disability products. Mike Felderman

Mike Felderman has been with the agency since October 2009 as an Account Executive specializing in personal and commercial insurance in Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. Mike also serves as Corporate Secretary/Treasurer. Mike is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, with a degree in business management. Mike’s prior experience includes 7 years in the insurance business with State Farm Insurance and O’Connor & Associates Insurance, business management experience in the ownership of a martini bar and a sports bar, and 25 years as a PGA golf professional at Eagle Ridge Inn & Resort and Fillmore Fairways Golf Course. Brenda Lewis

Brenda Lewis originally joined the agency in August 1998, earned her personal lines license in July 1999 and worked as a customer service representative. In 2003, she obtained a commercial insurance license from the State of Iowa and today is the underwriting and marketing director for the agency. She also manages commercial claims for the office. Brenda is licensed to sell personal and property & casualty insurance in Iowa. She holds an associate of applied science degree as an administrative assistant from Northeast Iowa Community College. Kristy Meyer

Kristy Meyer has been with the agency since August 2007 and is licensed to sell personal lines in Iowa. She specializes in home and auto insurance. Kristy graduated from Clarke College with a bachelors of arts in communications and is responsible for our advertising and marketing campaigns. Marilyn Harris has been with the agency since 1984. She has over 24 years of experience in the insurance field. Bethany Holmes

Bethany Holmes has been with the agency since January 2008. Beth is licensed to sell both personal and commercial insurance in Iowa, Illinois and Missouri.
